Homeschoolers of Wyoming is Blazing the Trail for Homeschooling in Wyoming! We view home education as a means to change the world, to change the future of education, the family, and in doing so, influence the culture. We are here to cast a vision to current and potential homeschoolers of what home education can do for you, your family and for your community. That is why we believe the work we do through Homeschoolers of Wyoming is worth the sacrifice. Will you partner with us?

Our hope is to build relationship and strong community with homeschoolers and facilitate that for others in all four corners of our state. We hope that in doing so we will see spontaneous growth in both strong families and homeschoolers across Wyoming. We want to be a catalyst for change in this ever disappointing culture we live in today. And we are convinced homeschoolers, your children, are going to be the leaders of that change! So with that, we cannot QUIT!

We know it is a huge responsibility to homeschool your child. We are committed to helping you in your journey. We desire to equip you, inspire you, and encourage you.
The Purpose of H.O.W. (Homeschoolers of Wyoming) is to provide support and further the interests of family-funded, parent-directed home education of children. The support provides a network for legislative purposes, newsletters, conventions, and activities. Partnership in HOW is $20 and is open to all family-funded, parent-directed home educating families in Wyoming. The leadership is Christian directed and lead, consisting of couples serving as board of directors. These officials advise and inform the county contacts throughout the state. The county contacts volunteer to pass on information and help those in their county. Local support groups are very loosely structured in most cases. We encourage home educating families to partner with HOW, HSLDA, and their local support group. Please read below for more information. If you have any questions, contact the HOW office.
HOW partners are eligible to use the HOW group discount number when joining Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA). HSLDA members may also download a form exclusively for Wyoming homeschooling when notifying your local school district of your intent to home educate; thus simplifying the process greatly. We have also created an easy to use infographic to help you submit your letter of intent, it can be found at:
